Heavy user involvement from the concept stage, and number of requirements and design workshops were held with the relevant parties, both in their offices and at geographically convenient venues up and down the United Kingdom. Those that volunteered were then referred to on a regular basis as subject matter experts throughout the design process. User testing was carried out at consistent intervals.
